Beautifully decorated hotel.Very nice bedrooms with great bathroom and very comfortable beds.Staff very nice and genuine,warm and enthusiastic,well trained and eager to please guests,deffo 5 star staff,.Spa staff especially nice. The Spa was the best I have ever used in any hotel and will be hard to find a better one.Also no charge to use which is a great feature.There is a bus stop outside the hotel,taxis are dear in Rapallo. We didnt use restaurants in the hotel.

We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The welcome drink and focaccia with pesto on the terrace was a lovely touch as was the free shuttle into town. The views from the restaurant / terrace and from our room were breath taking. The spa was a great addition for a rainy morning activity - good facilities and immaculately clean. We visited out of season so sadly the roof top restaurant was closed but will hopefully be back next summer!

Lovely common areas, classic and elegant feel, wonderful vibe, attentive and friendly staff, amazing view, somewhat easy walk into town, easy parking, top notch spa facilities. Room balcony had a panoramic view of town and the ocean. Wonderful breakfast offering with an amazing sea view. Such a nice touch to offer dog beds, food and water bowls and food treats. They felt like pampered pooches. The welcome drinks, Prosecco and sweet treats and complementary mini bar along with a hand written note made us feel very welcomed.

Spent 5 days in this magnificent hotel, it was wonderful. I booked the smallest room with garden view, but i was really surprised at my check-in that i've been upgraded to the suite with sea view and balcony ! Very good and friendly staff, the whole spa area is superb and relaxing, food is really good, i loved my trip to Rapallo ! Thanks to all Grand Hôtel Bristol staff, I will definitely comeback

This is a superb hotel, from the welcome and free room upgrade to checkout it was a pleasure to stay All the staff where so incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities where excellent especially the outside area with its exceptional pool which is really big. We had booked a garden view room and requested a upgrade just before we arrived and that's exactly what we got, a sea view room with a view to die for... it made our stay even more special... Really one of the best hotels ever been!!! Young, full of energy personel! V.good comunication with guest experience manager! Lady Greta during brekfast time serve you everything you can eat and drink!!! Beatyfull SPA and outdoor pool! Nice room with sea view, for free upgrdae! It was v.nice time there!!! Thanks for all hotel team!

amazing view on the lake .. excellent housekeeping for the room cleaning .. private beach (they will drive you there and not walking distance!).. staff overall very nice .. AC is excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was a good base not only to explore Rapallo, but also it was very easy to catch trains to Portofino and the villages of the Cinque Terre. The hotel has parking space directly outside (limited spaces) and also a covered parking area (not sure if there is an additional cost). The hotel has very good facilities, a large outdoor pool and also nice spa with a small pool and good sized sauna and steam rooms and plenty of relaxation spaces. The room of the hotel was nicely fitted and decorated, if a little small. The breakfast was really fantastic with great choice for any needs, the creamy fondant potatoes were amazing!!!! The staff at the breakfast were also very well trained, friendly and would do anything for you. The view from the breakfast area was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view of the sea from the terrace and the pool area is exciting and the spa is realy great. Also the parking/the garage for cars is realy good and save. The food in the two restaurants did not quite meet our expectations. The fassade of the hotel needs maybe a light refreshment.
