Im lucky to have travelled a lot, and this was the best hotel experience I have ever had! Firstly the Hotel itself is stunning. The staff are absolutely unbelievable. Facilities and rooms are top-notch. The spa is quite possibly the nicest I've been too. They provide a shuttle to and from town, so nothing to worry about regarding distance to the town centre. It was our honeymoon and they arranged the most beautiful setting in our room it was absolute class. Every encounter with a staff member across all areas was first class. Cannot recommend this hotel any higher.

Hotel is in a great location, with a fantastic rooftop restaurant. Staff were all super friendly and the concierge was very helpful. Free shuttle into Rapallo was great. Amazing spa with great facilities, we both had a massage and this was expensive but well worth the money. Outdoor pool was well maintained, easy to access sun loungers and pool bar. We also had a steak on the special menu one night this was fantastic and also tried the tasting on the rooftop one evening. This food was a little different but a fantastic experience non the less

Location was great with easy access to Portofino and Cinque Terre. It is also facing south with sun on the pool most of the day. Sea view was great. Cleanliness of the facilities and the bedrooms was outstanding. Breakfast was a feast. We got bespoke advice from the concierge to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre: we were able to avoid most of the crowds while walking on not so known trails with breathtaking views.

This hotel exceeded all expectations. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. Breakfast was a true gourmet experience, offering an exquisite selection and thoughtfully catering to guests with lactose, egg, and gluten intolerances. The interior design was both elegant and contemporary, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor pool area was beautifully designed, offering a serene and luxurious environment. The spa was spacious, featuring a variety of saunas and relaxation zones, and the massage service was of the highest quality. Dinner was equally impressive, providing an exclusive and memorable culinary experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, style, and exceptional service.

Beautifully decorated hotel.Very nice bedrooms with great bathroom and very comfortable beds.Staff very nice and genuine,warm and enthusiastic,well trained and eager to please guests,deffo 5 star staff,.Spa staff especially nice. The Spa was the best I have ever used in any hotel and will be hard to find a better one.Also no charge to use which is a great feature.There is a bus stop outside the hotel,taxis are dear in Rapallo. We didnt use restaurants in the hotel.

Amazing stay, we’ll definitely be back! The staff at the Bristol Grand Hotel were absolutely amazing, super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the first moment. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible view that we couldn’t get enough of. Breakfast was great, lots of options, everything fresh and tasty. Everyone we met was kind and made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. The welcome drink and focaccia with pesto on the terrace was a lovely touch as was the free shuttle into town. The views from the restaurant / terrace and from our room were breath taking. The spa was a great addition for a rainy morning activity - good facilities and immaculately clean. We visited out of season so sadly the roof top restaurant was closed but will hopefully be back next summer!

The staff were genuinely friendly, the concierge team went out of their way to assist, and the rooms were clean and fresh. The pool and spa facilities were also top-notch and made for a truly relaxing stay.
